Nestled in the heart of the Rhône Valley, the Brunel family's winery is celebrated for its longstanding tradition of crafting some of the most esteemed wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. On this special evening, Fabrice Brunel will guide us through a curated selection of his finest creations, each a testament to the unique terroir and the family's unwavering commitment to winemaking excellence.
Complementing the wine selection, our "house chef" Morten Bang Olsen, with his prestigious background at AOC, Restaurant Babette, and No. 2, has crafted a menu that perfectly pairs with the distinctive character of the Brunel wines.
Seats for this event are limited to 30 participants and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

History
The Brunel family's winemaking roots in Châteauneuf-du-Pape trace back to the 17th century, with a continuous commitment to viticulture for over five generations. The legacy began with the acquisition of a vineyard from the Bishop of Avignon, and by 1954, Lucien Brunel established the name “Les Cailloux” to highlight their unique wine qualities. André Brunel later propelled the estate to new heights in 1971, pioneering sustainable vineyard practices and creating the renowned Centenary Cuvée.
